Known for delicious and unique dishes, the Town of Sinj and the Cetinska Krajina Region have been a true gourmet paradise. Apart from the arambaši of Sinj (rolls of pickled cabbage leaves stuffed with chopped meat), the ever-hospitable people of Sinj will be glad to offer other delicacies, such as frogs, crayfish, the Cetina trout, the rafioli of Sinj (traditional pastry) and many other specialties typical of the Dalmatian hinterland. Sinj has been an exceptional and highly esteemed place of good eating, owing to the fact that the Town’s rich history has joined the spirits of Mediterranean, Oriental and continental cuisine.
